Q: Where are your workshop locations?
A: Our workshops are held at two locations:
• Naug Just Plants – Bandar Johor Bahru (Jalan Tan Hiok Nee)
• Naug Studio – Southkey (near Mid Valley Southkey, not inside the mall)
Q: Do I need experience to join the terrarium class?
A: Not at all. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and fully guided. All materials and tools are provided at both locations.
Q: How long does the workshop take?
A: Each session lasts around 1 to 1.5 hours. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but we recommend booking in advance.
Q: Are workshops conducted in English or Malay?
A: Yes. We speak both English and Malay to ensure a comfortable experience for all participants. Chinese is on request basis, min 10 pax.
Q: Can I book a private session for birthdays or corporate events?
A: Absolutely. We offer private bookings at both Bandar JB and Southkey outlets — perfect for couples, families, or team-building.
Q: Is the workshop messy?
A: Not at all. We use a clean, soilless method that’s ideal for indoor crafting and easy to care for at home.
Q: Do you have paludarium workshop?
A: We do not provide paludarium workshop, we only have soilless terrarium and preserved moss frame workshop.
Q: Can we bring back to Singapore? Will there be any restrictions at custom?
A: Yes, all of our products are safe to bring back to Singapore as we are soilless.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We can ship our terrariums/paludariums to Semenanjung and internationally with a minimum purchase of RM1000 with delivery charge excluded.
Q: Do you sell aquatic plants?
A: No, we do not sell aquatic plants for now.
Q: Can we bring a tank and custom a terrarium/paludarium?
A: Yes, we do provide customization for terrarium, paludarium and preserved moss frame.
