At our plant shop, we want to make sure that you receive your plants in the best possible condition and that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's what you can expect when you shop with us:

Shipping:
We offer fast and reliable shipping to all locations within our delivery area. Your plants will be carefully packaged and shipped to you within 1-3 business days of placing your order. We use only trusted carriers to ensure that your plants arrive in perfect condition.

Returns:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your plants to request a return. We'll be happy to assist you with the return process and provide you with a refund or exchange for your purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on plants that have been damaged or neglected after delivery. We also cannot accept returns on plants that have been custom-potted or otherwise altered to your specifications.
