Instead of the usual sport activities, this team decided to try something a little different for their next bonding activity which is a terrarium workshop!
They wanted to step out of their usual routine, try something new and most importantly, have fun together. From choosing their plants to getting their hands and putting their own little ecosystems together, they ended up enjoying the process more than they expected.
Sometimes, team bonding doesn’t have to be competitive. It can simply be about slowing down, creating something together, laughing along the way and enjoying each other’s company.
And yes… they came for the terrarium, but left with a new team experience.
