A Creative Team Bonding Session with CRS Architecture

There’s something special about bringing creative minds together especially when nature meets design.

On 15 May 2026, Naug Team had the pleasure of hosting a terrarium workshop for a group of 35 talented architects and designers during their company team bonding session. From the moment everyone settled into their seats, the energy in the room was filled with excitement, curiosity and of course… creativity.

 

 

 

We kicked off the session with a short introduction to terrariums such as the basics of terrarium making, plant care tips, layering techniques and how miniature landscapes can become a calming green space for any desk or home.

For many participants, it was their first time building a terrarium from scratch. But as expected from a room full of designers and architects, everyone quickly transformed simple materials into beautiful miniature worlds.

From carefully balanced compositions to playful storytelling elements, every terrarium had its own personality and charm.

 

 

 

One of the highlights of the session was our friendly terrarium design competition which made them more serious in designing their terrarium.

Participants were encouraged to unleash their creativity and create a terrarium design that best reflected their style and imagination. Some designs were minimalist and modern, while others featured intricate layouts with dramatic landscapes and unique decorative touches.

 

 

 

 

Honestly, it was so fun watching everyone fully immersed in the process discussing ideas with teammates, experimenting with arrangements and proudly presenting their final creations.

 

 

You could truly see how their background as architects and designers influenced every detail of their terrariums. The attention to balance, structure, proportion and aesthetics was incredibly impressive.

 

 

 

 

To make things even more exciting, we held a voting session to select the top 2 best terrarium designs of the day. The winners were chosen based on majority votes from Naug Team.

 

 

 

Congratulations to both winners for their stunning creations!

 

Beyond creating beautiful terrariums, the workshop became a meaningful opportunity for team members to connect and relax outside of their usual work environment.

There was laughter, friendly competition, creative discussions and plenty of memorable moments throughout the session. Watching everyone proudly carry home their finished terrariums at the end of the workshop and some placed on the work desks was definitely the best part for us.
