Healing through Nature: The Institute of Mental Health’s Terrarium Workshop Experience
We were honoured to host a terrarium workshop for the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) at Naug Just Plants, Studio Southkey. The session brought together dedicated staff members for a relaxing and creative activity focused on nature.

In their line of work, IMH team spend countless hours caring for others, supporting patients’ mental and emotional well-being. This terrarium workshop was a wonderful opportunity for them to slow down, unwind and enjoy a moment of self-care through hands-on creativity.
They learned how to design and build their own terrarium from layering LECA and sphagnum moss to arranging the plants and decorative elements. The process was both meditative and satisfying, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter and connection.

For this session, they choose various packages that include:
- LECA, sphagnum moss, mixed of live mosses & figurines
- Bowl (12CM x 9.5CM) with NAUG Acrylic lid, Cylinder (12CM x 10CM) with NAUG Acrylic lid & Box glass container (15CM x 15CM x 20CM)
- Tools
- Care guide card & workshop brochure
- On-site guidance

At the end of the session, every participant proudly took home their own unique terrarium. If your team is looking for a meaningful, stress-relieving and enjoyable group activity, our terrarium workshop is a perfect way to blend creativity, connection and calm.
