Celebrating the People Who Care for Everyone through Terrarium Workshop
On 23 January 2026, we hosted a terrarium workshop for Impact Volution company who held a Client Appreciation Event at Soil JB, Eco Palladium bringing together HR professionals from various companies, the very people who support, manage and nurture workplace culture every day. This time, the focus was on celebrating them.
In conjunction with Mental Health Awareness in the workplace, the event featured a hands-on terrarium workshop designed to encourage mindfulness, patience and creativity.
Terrarium making is more than just an art activity. As participants carefully layered soil, arranged plants and designed their miniature ecosystems, they experienced the importance of slowing down and being present. Many shared how the process reminded them of patience,
"Making terrarium teaching you to be patient, I am not that patient and I am not very good with plants.."
The session also highlighted the value of listening. Following guidance, understanding instructions and trusting leadership played a key role in achieving a beautiful final result, much like collaboration in the workplace.
What truly made the event special was the atmosphere. The participants were highly engaged, interactive and full of positive energy throughout the session. Questions, laughter and shared ideas filled the room, turning the workshop into a lively and meaningful experience.
To our team, it was especially heartwarming to be welcomed not just as facilitators, but as teachers, guiding, supporting and growing alongside the participants.
